Teresa Gagne approaches clay in a playful and creative way. She uses a variety of surface treatments and firing methods to create architectural, decorative and functional ceramics as well as ceramic musical instruments. Teresa strives to make well-crafted pottery that brings pleasure in daily life or for special occasions.
A graduate of SIASTs Ceramics Program, Teresa has participated in mentorship programs and has attended numerous workshops. Teresa has received many awards for her pottery. Her work is in public and private collections including the Saskatchewan Arts Boardand the Art Gallery of Prince Albert. Teresa has exhibited locally, nationally and internationally.
